Adams, Georgenia C., nee Broom, born in Upper Sandusky, Wyandot Co., Ohio, Nov. 10, 1848, died at the home of her daughter in Sumner, Iowa, Feb. 2, 1917, aged 70 years, 2 months and 14 days. Oct. 12, 1867, at Sandusky, Ohio, she was married to George Adams. To this union were born four children. Her husband preceded her to the better land Dec. 23, 1884. For many years she has been a faithful and consistent member of the Church of the Brethren. Services in the Spring Creek church, by Eld. Harvey Gilliam. Burial at Maple Grove cemetery. – Mrs. Fannie O. Long, Fredericksburg, Iowa.
